Property Inspectors (Ad hoc)
We're looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to assist with entry and exit inspections on an adhoc basis.
Location
The Parks Lifestyle Apartments
What you'll do
- •Conduct unit inspections (entry & exit)
- •Record damages and general condition of units
- •Submit accurate inspection details using your smartphone
Requirements
- •Grade 12 (or relevant experience)
- •Strong attention to detail
- •Good communication skills
- •Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- •Property experience is a plus (not required)
- •Reliable smart phone
Rate
- •R150 per inspection
